Ok, I just got off the phone with Konami's helpdesk. And they informed with that the helpdesk is primarily there to help with technical issues such as problems with the installation.
They then gave me two options. One of them refered to a 3rd party site, which probably has a deal with Konami of some sort. This website however, provided me with no results.
The other option was to go to their website and use their online form (which I did in the first place). After I said that I originally did that, and that the online support told me to contact the helpdesk. He told me that it was the way to go.
I only have one more option left, and that is to contact the UK office. (I called the Dutch helpdesk, since thats where I live).

Ok, it's done. I just called Konami's UK office and they couldnt help me either. They did give me the number of the company that organizes Pro Evo tournaments in the UK. So I decided to give them a call.
After waiting on the phone for a couple of minutes, the girl on the other end of the line gave me the following explanation:
While some people like to think that CWP stands for 'Covering with pressure', it actually comes from a mistake made in an earlier version of the game. Which they never decided to fix.
I was hoping it actually did stand for something. But it seems that the people who thought it was a mistake, were indeed right.
