I play on PS3, so I'm not 100% sure, but I heard for 360 you have to burn the songs you want on a CD, then export them from that to your 360 and then stream them in the game or something.
Yeah, I've heard similar before. It's really unfortunate as it does hinder the 'show' of these entrances. I would have absolutely loved to have seen Bad Ass Billy Gunn strut down to the ring with his 'I've Got It All' theme song in the background.
I can't wait for the Legends DLC coming out very soon too.

This shit worth it for an old school wrestling fan? For example, can you pull out a piledriver two seconds into the match? Bear in mind, No Mercy was in my opinion the best wrestling game made, SmackDown was good but got worse each game. Warzone was awesome as well, back when pulling off big moves meant big combos!
I wasn't fortunate enough to play No Mercy when younger, and probably like yourself, I've not played a wrestling game in many years. I think the last wrestling game I'd bought prior to WWE '12 was maybe Smackdown Here Comes The Pain. I occasionally downloaded demos from the Smackdown vs. Raw series over the years, but never felt enough effort was put into them to be worth my money.
I can't speak in terms of longevity yet of course, but as far as gameplay goes, WWE '12 is brilliant in my opinion. There's still some problems with online servers I think, but apart from this and the odd minor issue (such as not being able to climb onto the announce table, and little things like this), the gameplay itself is so fun that you'll happily put the minor problems to the back of your mind. I've not touched any of the big modes yet, as I've only been having Singles matches the last couple of days - and having a blast. The lack of HUD in the way of stamina and momentum gauges is nice, and the inclusion of various TV camera angles that alternate throughout the match make for a wonderfully cinematic presentation - I don't even focus so much on winning, but primarily creating art and a wonderful match.
I toyed with the decision whether to ask for it for Christmas, but I'm more than glad I did get it (the present actually got lost in the post, so I bought it a few days after Christmas).
I'd encourage you to give WWE '12 a chance. It looks quite good, but it plays very good.
The Hut are also selling the edition with The Rock DLC for just £24.95 now also (on PS3 and Xbox 360). I got mine from there and received it within 2 days. I remember when The Hut used to take up to 5 days to deliver an item usually. It's obvious that they're really stepping their game up now, which is nice of course.
