The player trade thing often doesn't work with most teams. So for example, you can't offer Ronaldinho plus money in exchange for Sneijder. And it's due to Ronaldinho's wage demands being sky-high compared to a player like Sneijder's. So always keep that in mind.

Overhead kicks? Can't say for sure. I would think it has a lot to do with the attacking player's positioning and the flight of the ball aswell. And Freddy Adu is simply called "Adu" in PES5. You need to unlock him in the PES Shop.

Actually, I'm not sure. I wrote this guide for the PS2 version. It might work for the Xbox and PC version. You could try yourself but I only have PES5 on PS2 so I can only offer support for the PS2 version of the game.
