Generally, PPF patches are easier to apply then DKZ patches. As far as I know, there are less known problems with PPF patches.

This patch is supposedly the best one out there for PES5 on the PS2. I haven't tried the WEmerica patch but I bet this one is better. But be warned though, there are some big glaring mistakes in this patch.

Nope. I'm just not getting it. All of my free-kicks (close or normal range) either go just over or just wide. And this is with players who have FK acc. and Curling 95+. I don't know how anyone can say that free kicks in PES5 are easy. They were 10 times easier to score in WE9...

People put the Champions League entrance music in patches.

I've added Perea, Metzelder, Alex, Klasnic, Pandev and Berbatov to the list. Cavenaghi can be found in the PES Shop. He needs to be unlocked first. I think he's available on a free transfer in the Master League. But don't quote me on this.

You need a method of playing backups/import games in order to get the software to boot up. I use Swap Magic.
