I have spoken to Gameplay, whom I ordered the game from, they say that if konami release a fresh batch of stutter free games they would not swap the game as thay (Gameplay) do not consider it to be a serious problem. They said that any swaps would have to be done directly with Konami.

you mis understand me, I do not want to change my tactics eevry game, if I want players to make forward runs I should be able to get them to do it without having to place more men upfront. I could change my tactics to simply outnumber the cpu team but i feel that that is the 'easy'way...
