I'm trying to do a summer clearout of the dead wood of my Southampton team (new game), is there a way i can quickly flog my players and get funds up? My £5million transfer kitty is already gone on Maniche, Partridge and Braathen.

In the summer it's more difficult because they aren't playing so unless someone already wants them you're going to have to flog em for cut prices, oh and if you've got a good assistant manager never forget to use his reccommended clubs (obviously)

Chucked in Oakley for Maniche in part exchange, first time it's ever worked , aswell as about £1.2million. I'm on a old version as I can't be bothered to update cm on a dial up so its before Maniche's value shot up.

I was wondering would it be possible to get this game in the US? I have read about it and it sounds like an awesome game! I went to the site, but it didnt really give me any info about not being able to purchase it here. So I figured I'd ask. Anyone know?

Try oredering it off amazon. The British site sells it so the American site must do the same.

I went there and I looked up Championship Manager 2004/2005 and it gave me a bunch of guides, along with the WE7 game. Kinda odd. Do you know of any other site?

The one that's out now is called Championship Manager 03/04 obviously

CM 04/05 doesn't exist as it isn't out yet, and anyway it'll be called Championship Manager 5

Ya, when I went to ebay it gave me a bunch of Championship Manager 4s, but at Amazon nothing. At Gamespot nothing either. And off Play-Asia.com everything seems to be so expensive. I'm gonna keep looking or eventually just buy it from Play-Asia cause I have been looking for a video game like this for a while.

Football Manager will come out in the U.S. sometime in November I believe. It's made by the other company, Sports Interactive, that helped make CM.

I had Player Manager 2003 with Alex Ferguson on the front...I enjoyed playing it only while i got my CM04 back off my mate

From what I can gather the only thing CM 5 Will have in common with previous titles is the name, while FM 05 will be the true sequel to CM 4
