Official WE7/PES3 Patch Help

Burn as slow as possible.
Burn an unpatched image first just to make sure that the image works. If the problem is there then there's not much point investigating elsewhere.

I'm patching a clean bin file with jb22.11.03pes3.ppf. An error message poped up - "Binblock/Patchvalidation failed. Continue ?"

Is this normal or did I messed up somewhere ?

did you patch the bin? you are not supposed to do so. you've got to extract the file ?DATA_E.AFS? onto your harddrive (Right mouse click on ?DATA_E.AFS? in cdmage- ?extract?), keep cdmage open.

4) Using ppfomatic patch the ?DATA_E.AFS? (not the bin!) with 1.12.03anyripkit.ppf

5) Import (Right mouse click on ?DATA_E.AFS? in cdmage- ?import?) the now patched ?DATA_E.AFS?

6) Import the patch file ?over.afs?

(Right mouse click on ?over.afs? in cdmage- ?import?)

7) Import the patch file SLES_519.12

8) (Right mouse click on ?SLES_519.12? in cdmage- ?import?)

9) Close cdmage- burn disc image-bin/cue with nero or whatever works for you.

i copied that from ftp so i hope it helps

In the 5.1.04 jonboyo PES3 patch, it is supposed to be a simple .ppf to apply to the bin. This gave me a "Binblock/Patchvalidation failed. Continue ?" error. I click to continue and then burned it. It worked fine.

Hi

Does anyone know of a good patch for clubs flags. And in the Data_e.afs, where can i edit the flags. Thanks

The GoalNets are in folder 120st (stadiums). Then each stadium has its own folder and the nets are somewhere around file40.

I have created 4 patched discs and I always get the "binblock" stuff, and they all work.

SHamX, the jb22.11.03 ppf is applied on the bin, you did the right thing. The instructions joseespoona posted are for jb01.12.03 to 15.12.03 etc (EURO 2004 ver.)

ryu00 what version of the game do you have? (WE7, PES3, PES3-PC?). Not all the patches can be applied to all versions. If its PES for PS2 (dunno if PES-PC has a data_e.afs) then consider using Jonboyo's patches. They are quite excellent.
The flags are located in folder 030general, first three files.

I have now a bin and a cue file of the original PES3 game. Can i now use PPF O MAGIC to patch the bin file with jb22.11.03 ppf, like SHamX did? and then i can burn it on CD and it ready for play?

Just want to be sure before I do this.

No! Keep your bin and cue in a safe folder and don't patch it. Make the folder 'Read-Only' if you like.
Make a copy of the 2 files and only patch those - otherwise you'll have to repeat the DVD-rip process. Keep the unpatched bin+cue clean and unpatched.

Best PES3 patch at the moment is jb 5.1.04 plus the 8.1.04 update - check the contents first.

Can anyone explain what over.afs does (and how to edit it if necessary)? Cos, I applied jb's Euro2004 but the strangest thing happened.

The over.afs I downloaded with the .rar was bigger than the one in the image and I couldn't use it so I left the one that was already there and took a chance. The cd was created ok, but I got the kit of Latvia for Hungary but no team or player data (still Hungarians).

So I am wondering if data_e.afs holds the data info, what happened there?

Sorry if that info is available anywhere else in the site but I haven't managed to gather such information.

Hi,

Thx for replying. I've got the PES3 Pal version for PS2. I've been searching in the forums and didn´t find the answers so i've got 2 questions:

1. Does anyone know of a good patch for club flags only. Jonboyo's patches include more then just the flags so ...

2. How can i edit the flags. I open the Picture Decoder to edit them but it only appears 1 flag for the files mentioned.

Thanks
