What about online & 2012 - has there been any promise of improvement from Konami on that score? I played 2010 online for about a month and gave up, too many games unplayable. No doubt its 'our connection speed' again.

Love the ML now but in my second season in top flight in the Italian league, starting to struggle. Im 'lowly' Aberdeen and drawing a lot of games, in particular to late equalisers. My problem is mainly due to playing on top player which I think may be a mistake as the AI just keeps possession...

Its not just you! I qualified for europa league in my first season in the Italian league and didnt win a single game in the Europa league despite some poor opposition (FC Cluj!). The AI seems to speed up somehow.

Sorry but online is terrible, I focused on the master league and it presents enough of a challenge without the frustration of online (although the AI is dull).

PS some guy was in the lobbys last night claiming to have a 50mb download + other stuff he was rattling on about and yet still he got lag which does back up the theory that it depends on what your opponent has as well.

Not sure that would work, they lose half their sales overnight. the problem is that every other game I play works why doesnt this ? if I had problems with all the other online games I play I would accept it but they are practically flawless so that would suggest a problem at Konamis end would it...

We should all pray this is true and that it turns out to be a decent game, competition doesnt do any harm and it will stop both Konami & EA taking their fanbase for granted.

I cant see where you can do this, when I go into negotiations it just directs me to the dossier all the time? My overall point is I know how good some players are without having to rely on scout report.

I didnt buy 2009, still in a huff over the debacle that was 2008 online. Thought 2 years on would be better, how wrong could I be.

I dont recall it being such an issue in the past, its almost become boring because 90% of people who choose Barca / Real only play one way i.e. pass down line, run. In the end you often get beat by someone who actually doesnt have that much ability which Is the frustrating bit.
