Ask a PES 2011 owner some questions...

Apologies if this has already been asked\answered - but can we now see the development graph for players within ML?

Part of me wants it, part of me doesn't. Not sure starting a ML with each team and writing down their "peaks" is a productive use of my time! Especially when the better half finds the insane scribblings...I'm expecting some sort of intervention this year....

1. Can you do a confirmation list of the official stadiums in the game? Specifically - is WHL in it?
2. How many stadiums can you create? If there is a limit, can you export designs and save them elsewhere to use later?
3. Is Pepe Reina still at 78 GK Skill
4. When you get your ML up and running could you tell me:
a) if the money is realistic this year, for example maybe you could state some of the player valuations: Defoe, Huddlestone, Ashley Young etc.
b) Is there still stat masking when you have a level 1/2/3 scout?
c) How big/small can you make the leagues at setup in terms of number of teams?
d) Do the South American teams have their own Master League, or are their players just available to buy like 'Other League' teams?
e) Is there still only one domestic cup or can you add another?
f) What is the maximum number of divisions you can have i.e. lower leagues - how far down the pyramid could you start?

I could go on for ever so I think I'll leave it there for now :lol:

Straight to ML (4):

a) exactly de same as last year.
b) yes, except for the players he scouts himself (his suggestions)
c) all leagues have 20 teams
d) Here it comes, konami surprising us all again. South American teams are only available on the "Libertadores mode" in the main menu. You can't play them anywhere else, you can't find the players to buy either. I played 2 seasons of ML and thought they might spawn as teens, but they didn't. They are very underrated anyway (Hernanes for example is 67).
e) Only one domestic cup
f) One second division for one league, all other leagues have only a single division. Same as last year.

a freind of mine on another board, posted on youtube the mexcio squad faces. They are all fake and so are the paraguayns.

Could you please if yoiu have time , replace the fake ones with the ingame real ones , which i know ive seen. And tell me which ones have faces and which ones dont . [real faces]
so far ive seen vela , dos santos , marquez , but they arent in the mexico team , only the fakes . Im hoping most of them are preset faces ..

I don't really have the time to go through all the face building process to see if the squad's faces have been preset in the building options I'm afraid.

Which united player DON'T have an offical face?

This one's more simple. Every United player has official players, including the likes of Kiko, Obertan, Gibson, Jonny Evans, Chicharito.

What City players have preset faces? Or if it's easier, who doesn't? Man City btw.

As you can imagine it's easier to say those who don't thesedays. As for Man City, it seems as if they all have official faces too, some of the lesser involved players like Cunningham, Boyata, Nielsen etc don't appear to have as much detail as the likes of Tevez, Lescott etc but they're still definitely official faces.

The same goes for the Rangers squad too (I quite like Rangers, family an' all) and all the club's faces are official too. As with City and most other teams on PES 2011, some faces appear to have more time spent on them and more detail, but they're still all official.

I can't say for sure because NTSC version of PES isn't out yet (my 360 is american), but I'm pretty sure that the restriction with importing is a Microsoft issue, rather than a konami one. Since it hasn't changed I guess we are out of luck.

I hope Gutierrez is still there, he was the main reason I got promoted in the first season last year.

It was a major disappointment. Specially for me, being south american, it always felt great builiding my team around local talent. You can't edit any leagues on Master League, the only available teams are the ones from last year: Internacional, Boca and River, also they are the only ones you play against if you win the UCL.

But what felt most strange is that they overhyped the Libertadores so much and nobody that reviewed the game firsthand even mentioned that it was pratically a stand alone game, since you can't mix it with any of the other modes. I understand that it might be a licensing issue, but they shouldn't have sold it like they did then. But why no one said anything about it?

Moving on, since I haven't played originals in a while I can't tell you all of them. I usually pick the weakest team in the league and play their original roster. But some of the classics spawned as youth (Ivarov came @ 89 overall :shocking. I'll be sure to get you the full squad when I get home (at work atm).

No button lag no. I'll have some more matches either later today or tomorrow and update everyone.

I've just been in the stadium creator and it's been a pleasant experience. While the choices are quite limited, it's still nice to have the option of creating grounds and customising them. The best part is undoubtedly the 20 save slots we have for this and the option to assign these created stadiums to in-game teams. For example, I've just finished making Craven Cottage (it looks somewhat like the Cottage, small stands, black seats, cross-cut pitch etc) and I've just assigned my created Craven Cottage stadium as Fulham's home ground in the game. So don't worry guys, you should be able to recreate the likes of Anfield etc and while it won't look amazing or perfect, it's most definitely better than using fake stadiums. A big thumbs up from me, and there's potential for big improvements from Konami too, like greater choices.

I think that the fact you can't really replicate english stadia with the crowd really close to the pitch and all adboards saying 'konami' all the time is somewhat of a buzzkill, but I haven't messed with it long enough to make sure.

Is the Stadium Creator 'modable'? As in do you think it will be possible for the modding community to add stadium components and expand the whole thing? Seems to me the only down side of the stadium Creator is limited choice.

If it can be expanded it will be a nice change to messing about with Stadium Servers and the likes.

If anyone could post up pics of the tottenham squads faces I would be eternally grateful. I understand you want to play the game and not bother with taking pics etc so whenever you have the time that would be great.
