what a load of shite... new game and only 3 new stadiums...boasting about the stadio Bernabeu being DLC when Estadio Chamartin is the Bernabeu....
unless they bring out shit loads of new DLC stadiums its a massive rip off

they say the Chamartin included in the game isn't supposed to be the old Bernabeu but instead a generic stadium.
But I agree the list is shit! they've removed the Millenium Stadium & Mestalla and added complete shit!
there is about 5 stadiums I can think of that definitely should have been included! Ibrox, Amsterdam Arena, Dragao, De Luz, Maracana/The Birds Nest...what I don't understand is why they've removed any stadiums :S

I know man it doesn't make any sense i doubt very much that they use the full capacity of the disc...and worst case they can release loads as DLC.....
but I hate the fact that only 3 has been added, no real effort imo and basically changed weather patterns so it snows in some places where it shouldnt...
plus they have kept in Del Alpi, Juventus havent used that since 2006...
and like your self i can think of at the very least 5 that should be there...

I'm happy about the weather but removing stadiums is stupid even though Valencia are moving into the Nou Mestalla, Delle Alpi hasnt been used since 2006, they currently use Olimpico

Its all about realism which EA is apparently big on.... it makes the atmosphere so seing a team like Real Madrid in fifa 09 at that crappy stadium just ruins it for me

If they've run out of disc space which I don't see possible. The EA will be EXTREMELY clever and release DLC = charge us more money for stuff that should already be in the game!
Reason why I don't buy the 'disc space' excuse. PS2 users have more stadiums & leagues (even though the graphics are shit). EA know PS2 couldn't download anything so they put everything on the disc. They do however know that PS3/XBOX can download. And are willing to charge us! disgrace...

I dont see what the issue is, the game has tons of staduims already, the bernabeau is a free download on release day, end of story. Personally, i couldnt give a flying fuck if villa park was in fifa 10 or not, its really not important in the long run.
The important thing is, gameplay. And by all accounts, fifa 10 is special, even from pes sites like WENB- who spent large portions of their latest podcast waxing lyrical about how good it is and how advanced it is, that says it all to be honest,
The guest on the podacast bloke 'Riot' (who has been play testing pes for years) was openinly saying that EA passed Konami 2 years ago, that fifa 10 was better value for money than pes 2010, that fifa 10 was the first fifa he ever played where he got excited about scoring and that it was so good, he took the test copy home with him to get some more hours in.
Funnily, those comments from WENB didnt quite make it onto the front pages of any forums.......lol....wonder why.

Yep me too, what I think they might do is add a couple of the bigger teams (Zenit, Rubin, CSKA, Shakhtar) into the Rest of the World category. Also a rumour that the Russian league could be released as DLC

I know a lot of teams use the posession tactic to defend a one-goal lead in the last 10 minutes, but on Fifa 09 it takes the water. I'm playing on Legendary mode, and even on there they make silly mistakes. But last 10 minutes with a one goal lead, they can suddenly pass to save their lives. It's frustrating how a teams passing can go from so bad to perfect depending on the circumstances.
It's also annoying when they're doing that and get through on goal, instead of puttin gyou out of your misery by either scoring or missing and allowing you posession... They turn around and keep on passing.
I hope these tactics have been made more realistic, and not so you might as well have just played an 80 minute game.
