At first, you might think its fifa 09, i say, look carefully at the dribbling, there is also a split second when the player cuts outside of a defender with the other foot, doesnt look like fifa 09 to me, especially the defending which you will see to.

If it is real, PES might as well not bother coming out this year if this is the 50% version.

It's disappointing to see that stat editing is still the same as FIFA 09, and that edit mode is still very limited.

This is gonna be the best game ever by miles. I still play Fifa 09 everyday, and it's still growin gon me. I don't play MM, i rarely play online, i just play Prem League or La Liga on legendary with all manual controls (other than shooting) and it's awesome. Intense, tough, new things happening all the time, i gag for it. Gameplay is all that's important, dnd with every flaw looking like it's being resolved for 2010, and the 360 degree dribbling being included, we're in for a real treat. Sadly i think it's goodnight PES though.

I got a little bored with Fifa 09 after a while mainly due to the manager mode being quite repetative but hopefully because they've seemed to have put alot of work into it I will play it more often.


Some more news.

Russian FIFA site fifasoccer.ru has confirmed that during a FIFA 10 presentation in Russia, it was announced that the Russian League will feature in the game - on current-gen formats only (so that’s PC, PS2 and PSP). Other included leagues can be seen in the presentation screenshot above.

Well PES 6 is still a better game than Fifa 09, so Fifa 10 has to beat that before it can claim to be the best football game of all time.

It's not even next generation anymore as we're clearly beyond that transitional stage. PS2 should be referred to as previous gen, so get with the times Fifa!

You fixed something that wasn't broken TH14.

I dont really play fifa 09 anymore, mainly because the MM is a bit repeatitive, but also because of fifa 10.... once I heard about all these changes, thats the only football game i wanna play right now. But as I have been saying for a while now, I really do believe fifa 10 has the potential to be one of if not the best football game of all times.

EA re-vamping the Manager mode was exactly what I wanted and while i think there will still be issues, im looking for it to be a massive improvement.

As for the 360 dribbling, I wonder when the PES fanboys are gonna admit this is potentially a huge step forward and stop pretending it doesnt matter.

Guys on july 15th there is apparently another major feature which rutter is going to announce, I believe the PES embargo is lifted on this date also, so there could be a mass of new details.
