I won a match win City in normal time and again on penalties, but got trounced by Milan when I was Barca, and lost using Arsenal...twice. Defending is definitely much, much, harder which is a welcome change. It's also much harder to make an opening which is also nice. Haven't played against a mate yet though so interesting to see how that will play out.

I didn't know this, but that can't be bad in a one on one situation. As long as you can switch back to the outfield players once that situation.

I'd back myself to make the save, rather the A.I.

Oh my god! I remember that. The amount of times I let in goals from half-way was shocking. I used to mistime pressing the save button and would have the GK jump over the ball. Hilarious.

Played 4 games as Man City against Barca on legendary, drew the first two 1-1 lost the next 2-0 and 2-1.

Don't like it so far. Dribbling is wank, switched to classic defending after the first game because old style is too ingrained and I think it works better tbh.

How do you switch to classical defending? Only thing I can tell you is that it's a lot better and less frustrating against a human opponent, principally because they're shit as well.

the control options page where you can choose assisted passing an shooting and all that crap.

I was just too used to pressing square to call a second player instead of R2 and every time I did with new defending my defender would do that stupid standing tackle. I kept doing it, too natural to press square.

This game fucking sucks.

But I tend to hate games when playing the computer.

I can't judge until I play two player or online.

PES 12 is pretty damn fun in two player I must admit. But I fucking hate how the ref blows the whistle every second.
