Well, they've pretty much said "not all modes will be on all consoles" (UT Legends is xbox exclusive for example) and it'll definitely be on 3DS - but I can't see next-gen not getting it tbh.

I remember Fifa 97 had an indoor mode. That didn't detract from the overall game.

Not if it detracts from real modes.

UT is fun, and very popular, but if anything is detracting from other modes, and the possibility of other fun stuff being in FIFA games, it's that.

The "special" edition of FIFA has been all about UT for what, 4 years now?

I guess it could be inside a cage...

Speaking about cage...

They should make it exactly like this:

That's where the concern came from, I play UT but clubs is my main mode and it suffers for UT.

You've played UT, how else do you explain the talentless imbeciles with squads costing millions of coins so early on? I expect the micro-transactions are very profitable, unlike making the game... they actually cost nothing to produce.

Do people really spend that much real money on UT?

Look at the big YouTubers who promote coin sellers (sponsors). I have sold coins on eBay (told off by eBay on last occasion).

They will give someone a TOTW, promote Happy Hour (nowadays without the x2 chance of finding an IF) and kids will spend silly money on FIFA points and opening a shitload of packs until they get a player.

On a side note, I have been told by one of the Pro Clubs development team that there will be somewhat of a filter to choose how many players your opposition have. I expect it may revert back to the FIFA 13 method (where you see the players when choosing kits) but I'll take this over not knowing until the game kicks off. Removing the 5 minute DNF rule was silly, as can give you the chance to see if you have lag and if you're 2vs6. I agree that if you go 1-0 down in that 5 minutes and leave you SHOULD be given the DNF, but not at 0-0.

A lot of people found a way round the lack of knowing how many players your opposition have by checking the players met section on the PSN. Not sure if there's a similar feature on xbox but I'd hear people saying "they've got x amount of players" then disconnecting prior to kick-off. I rarely had any lag on Clubs this year so I was pleased to see it removed due to how often in Fifa 13 we went 1-0 up within 5 minutes and got nothing.

Not being able to see which kits were being used caused problems a couple of times which was annoying. At least if you got a kit clash in Fifa 13 it was due to one of the captains being an idiot rather than the game messing it up.

When you see the checkbox to skip cutscenes you can usually get a feel of how many there are, but as you only need a majority to skip through their whole team can just spam the A button until kick off.

We've only had kit clashes a few times, but then there's 7 or 8 on the other team we have seen a delay in response to us telling our Pro to turn, pass, shoot etc. Also had instances where the screen will freeze for a second, then speed up to catch up with itself.

Once again, this SOUNDS good - but it's pointless talking about the physical aspect of the game, when any kind of physical contact leads to an advantage/free-kick being awarded. Unless they sort out the referees, there's no point in the physical stuff being in there.
