I had a few weeks at Falkirk as I was becoming bored of simming everything. :mellow: This only increased the boredom though, eventually Megson was sacked from Bolton and I thought I was saved, I said I was interested and I expected them to come in for me, instead they gave it to Steve Clarke, probably cos I was under long term contract or something. :doh: I'm just praying Sven or Curbs get the sack soon, otherwise I'll be bumming around shit leagues for some time. :/

After resigning from Man Utd, they signed Ancelotti. At first I wanted to go to Nottingham Forest or another Championship side but there weren't any available jobs at the latter. Only some League 2 sides(I think so:unsure
and Milan. I applied for Milan and got the job one week before the transfer window ended.Ancelotti had already made these transfers and Fred who was signed in January for around 15 million was rotting in the reserves. :shocking: He actually made 3 apps and got 3 goals, wonder why he was moved to the reserve squad. Gilardino...:shifty:
EDIT: My transfer budget was around 80 million(pounds) when I joined. I haven't signed any players yet. I hoping to get a good/young keeper.

Georginho Wijnaldum was a brilliant signing in my first season at Celtic, he started on the bench for much of the season, despite only being 17 but made 17 assists and scored 5 goals which is a great stat I think, Markus Rosenberg scored 5 all season :no: and Theo Walcott, on loan, managed 31 in all competitions :huh:

Seriously, I assume (considering you're a Liverpool fan) that you tend to brag about your team in the press before the match. Try not to comment, tell the players that they can win this game and try and see if your formation needs improving.
I don't brag, I either don't comment or say we can beat them if we play to our best.
I say do it for the fans.

So it isn't that, I just can't beat Man Utd.
It is that. I play a particular formation and the same teams always give me trouble, one being Catania. Your formation is good against 90% of teams by the look of it, but Manchester United are able to counter it.
You'd also be surprised at the reaction of your team if, after a ton of games where you say they can win or you expect it, you tell them to relax.
Just go all-out-attack, I do and often get results against them, as well as Arsenal. It's fucking ridiculous the amount of early goals they seem to score against you mind, whatever your tactics are. It's either Rooney or Van Persie in the opening seconds. Bladdy daft.
One time on 05 my brother kept reloading the game as he was getting beat by Arsenal despite battering them for 89 minutes. The same thing seemed to happen in the game every time, he would have 10 or so shots in the first-half and this unknown keeper would save every shot, then at the 49th minute they'd bring Almunia on, and he'd save everything, before Henry or Van Persie would dribble round the entire team and blast one in the top corner. :/

I'm doing stupidly well in Man City game, after selling Richards and getting pretty much half of a whole new squad with the cash - I'm drifting in and out of first and second place with Eddie Johnson and Bianchi absolutely fucking beasting man - the first especially. Infact, I'm rather proud. :smug:
My problem is I sign too many players. :doh: I've just got Van Der Vaart in for the January window after a random 25m cash injection, despite not needing him in the slightest - the temptation was too much for 16m. Got shit loads of youngsters in (with Merida and Thiago coming in January) and either loaned them out or put them in my reserves/u18's; I'll be the shiznit in a few years.
