He's on loan at Oldham and can't hit a cow's ass. :/ Hopefully someone will come in with a daft bid in a season or so, cos he ain't getting in my team. :)

Corluka's off to Chelsea now, 20 million + clauses. The chairman accepted it saying it was too good of a deal. :shifty: Anelka is coming in for 7 million too, while Johnson and Corluka are now strutting their stuff in the reserves and it's only November. :smug:

Potential team in January;

GK: Isaksson

RB: Onuoha/Buy Ryan Taylor/Buy Steven Taylor and put Richards back here.
LB: Garrido
CB: Richards
CB: Dunne

RW: Menez
LW: Petrov
AMF: Elano
DMF: Banega

ST: Bianchi
ST: Anelka
fernandez did wonders for me with man city.

Started a game with Rangers, now approaching mid April, it's been a great season for me in the league, leading Celtic by 7 points notching up 29 wins out of a possible 33. I've not been shy of goals either, with Jean Claude Darcheville scoring 31 goals and Daniel Cousin scoring 28.

In the Champions League, I was drawn in a tough group that included
Lyon and Barcelona, I went into the last game against Lyon, only needing a draw, with a very weakend squad and despite my best attempts to defend, I went down in the 90th minute to a Juninho free-kick. So it was the UEFA Cup for me. I easily disposed of Club Brugge in the first knockout game, winning 2-0 away and 4-0 at Ibrox. Tolouse were the next team to go down to me, beating them 4-2 on aggregate. I drew Porto in the quarters, and went down 1-0 at Ibrox. Went into the return leg with a very attacking side and a Chris Burke Goal sent the game into extra time. However, Carlos Cuellar got his second bookable offence and was sent off. Porto then went up and scored 2 goals to seal their place in the semi-finals with a 3-1 aggregate win.

On the signings front I signed Benaglio, Asatiani, Ali Karimi, Wijnaldum and Barazite, with Ruben Olivera coming in on loan from Juventus. Sold Kevin Thomson, my most consistent performer to Newcastle in January after the board accepted a £5m bid

Also, Alan Hutton has been fantastic, and is by far my most improved player. Manchester City and Aston Villa have already had significant offers turned down:

All in all, a fantastic debut season. Already being linked with the Sevilla job :D!!

How do I upload pictures like that?

I know I have to save the pics on something like photobucket. But what programme do I save them on in order to save them onto photobucket?

Erm, have you got the 'PrintScreen' button on your keyboard? If you have, you just press it when you have the image you want up on your screen, then you go into a program like paint and simply press 'ctrl and v'. Save it then go to www.imageshack.us and upload it from there. :)

Good signing in Barnes RM. ;)

Dan19, how much did you pay for Menez and in which season did you get him? Has anyone bought Benzema or Ben-Arfa, if so how much did you spend?

My Milan game is becoming too easy, I might go for a half-decent Firstship team or a decent Championship side. Any ideas?

Wan(or anyone), any good signings(not loans) I can get using Stoke, Nottingham Forest or Crystal Palace?

Also, any ideas for a Man City-like team in the Prem, Serie A or La Liga?

Espanyol maybe? In 07, Soriano, Coro, Kameni, Tamudo and Jonathas(sp?) were great!

EDIT: I didn't see the above posts.(didn't refresh the page:blush:)

Udinese or Palermo would be a good shout in Serie A.

My Amkar team were just playing a pre-season friendly against our own reserves and my first-choice goalkeeper scored after nine minutes . He kicked the ball upfield and it bounced over the reserve team goalkeeper who clearly won't ever be playing for the senior side for as long as I'm in charge at the club.

Udinese it is then, unless I get a sudden change of heart.

EDIT: GhOsT: I did get a change of heart.

I'll choose between Udinese, Zaragoza and revamping the Samp.;)

Choose Samp, they have good attacking options and low expectations (8th I believe). But if you really want a challenge, start with a Serie B team. I've just started with Brescia, and Bazzani got injured in a friendly for 8 months
