I've always been promoted straight away. The other teams don't seem to win many games. Just get Gutierrez, Ruskin and Fouque on the ball ;) Can't go wrong.

well im quite pleased with my new record i beat west brom 4-0 a club record cause i lost to them 1-0 in the first game i played then i had them 2 times in the d1 cup and lost both times and that really annoyed me but now i feel good and i think im up to 6th in the league but i bet i loose the next game though

I am after the first half of third season of my game, first season in D1. I'm currently 1st with 48 points, Barcelona I think is second, 11 points behind... I lost only one game against Inter Milan by 1:2 in the league and 0:1 in a re-match against Roma in the cup (won 4:1 on aggregate though)... Seems like my team is good enough to play for a treble next season... I'm laughing now whenever I recall the first season when I had more losses than wins... That's top player, ML default team in a specially constructed league in which the most powerful teams compete for you...

i think when i first ever used the defult team i won 2 games in a whole season and obiously finshed last

I'm in my 3d season, my 1st in D1 and I'm in 4th place with a 6 W 4 D and 2 L record. THings are going ok so far, still in the cup and waiting for the Transfer period to maybe look at a new toy... someone with a transfer fee maybe like Mutu, or Patto. We'll see... could be too spendy.

Settings are 10 min matches, Top Player, Hardest ML setting.

Here's my squad:
CF: Orellano, Guitierrez, Okaka, Castolo (don't play him anymore), Obinna (he's amazing, I play him on the wings)
SS: Kissock, Harnik, G. Greco, Sulejwan (this guy is a machine at CF)
AMF: Jovancevic (love this guy, Iakovenko
SMF: Gambino (I play him at SB, but am considering SMF), Cem, Marchand, Diego Capel
CMF: Bradley, Merino, Kaiser, Felipe MElo
DMF: Krstic, Stein (still play him a bit)
SB: Kobayashi, Van Dijk, El Moubarki, Amorebieta, Schiemer, Jaric
CWP: BOS (MACHINE!!)
GK: Kim U Don, Rubinho (he's overshooting his curve by about 5 points so far.

wow i ve never heard of any of those players although i did buy Van dijk in my old master league he has real pace and can play SMF and can score a few i think he wa reborn

Getting bored now as it's getting too easy. I'm at the start of the 4th season and I've won..

First season: The League
Second season: The League Cup
Third Season: The League, European Cup and I got to the final of the league cup.

So far this season I've beat Everton 8-3, Arsenal 5-2, Chelsea 6-2 and Man Yoo 4-1.

I'm waiting until the new update comes out before starting with a team like Stoke or Hull, who'll take more than 2 seasons to become unbeatable. I know I could start with the default players, but that doesn't appeal to me.

i started default master league. i change the structure so i am in division 1. i cannot buy players before the start. is that because i am in division 1?

Don't think it's anything to do with your divisision or type of team. Think the two windows are always Mid-Season (January) And at the end of your season.

Just started one with Arsenal and I'm going strong so far :D

Hoping to bring in Mexes, Ribery, Benzema, Toulalan in the future (basically any good french players :lol:

Oh, and this kid from PSG called M.Sahko, I advise you look him up, I bought him my ML last season and he turns out to be great, so will do so again ;)

Yeah, Mamadou Sakho is a good central/left defender. He's 18 in the first season, I think, and still he's one of the most important players of Paris-Saint Germain (spelling?) whenever AI plays them. Him and Micah Richards are amongst the best young defenders IMO.

okok. does it make it easier to buy the players of the original team? i am with aston villa, will it be EASIER to buy ashely young and james milner?

Got a few other players that I rotate through the team but that's the usual line up for me at least until I can sign Rooney or Torres in the next transfer window to replace Pandev.

change to division 1 with all the premier league teams and find default players extremely hard. the players are pretty crap. what is the best formation? this is the first time a play default players because now i find to easy with man utd.

Your first problem is starting out in Div 1 with the ML Defaults... not sure why you'd want to do that, it would be nearly impossible to compete. Not only are your players crappy but in Div 1 you have a game every week, sometimes two per week... so your stamina levels are going to be horrendous thorughout the campaign.

You should start in D2.. it smore enjoyable that way anyway, where you purchase players to make your squad better as you go through D2, then eventually you get promoted to D1 .. you get a nice feeling of satisfaction taht way.

If you do this, I recommend shopping ONLY in the New Commers and the Players with no Team categories.... becuase these players would not require a transfer fee.

In my first Champions League final, I beat Inter by only playing the first half of the game.

I was up 3-1 when they got 5 players red-carded before the end of the 1st half.

That was a real bummer because I was really looking forward to the 2nd half as the game was very open.
