A separate Hints and Tips section for PES 2009. If that's possible because I don't like how all the threads, both new and old are together in a single section - way too messy.

No i mean what i said. How you got what you said from what i said i don't know, and what you said is a terrible idea. If you want to be elite, you can pay like the rest of us have, if you could trade credits to do it, everybody would spam to get to their credits up to become elite.

1st prize elite for a week/month
2nd prize 2000 Credits
3rd prize 500 credits

something like that? Obviously if people were already elite they could have a certain amount of credits instead, 5000 for example.

I think just 'Site Suggestions' would be appropriate. It seems the term 'service' confuses new members.

IP ban the spambots? I'm sure that all of the 'lyjg<date of registration>' or '<month.day.year>jk' all come from the same IP.

Long shot but how about making the banned users section readable by all users like it used to be, or if that is too much of a reach, at least update the village of the banned more regularly.

No. The whole reason it was hidden was because banned users were using it like a zoo to entertain people.
