I noticed that the hard way. Around 150-200 faces got unlinked for me (I had implanted every preset to see the hairstyles).

Came to a great solution for that problem. I exported all the players with unlinked presets from my OF before The DLC. Then I just had to import the players after the DLC. It went pretty smooth!

assuming everyone here has a backup of their OF before the konami DLC i guess the only solution is waiting for Wild to release an updated editor and then using our old OF we just use "change DLC version" function to 4.00.

Yeah. Although for mine I only noticed some issues with the classic players too. I used the 'remove fake players' feature in the editor to rename everyone, then replaced all the duplicates with free agents and players for Other European Teams I might want to swap in later (HJK, AIK, Rosenborg etc.) - but I just exported all of my created teams and re-imported them. Only took a couple of days to sort my game out, and now it's better than ever.

OK, so we can replace licensed teams with identical copies and then can edit everything? Would that work with teams in licensed leagues too??? (e.g Brazil, "other European Teams")
It would be great to have the possibility of editing everything in licensed teams.

As long as you make all the changes to licensed teams after moving them into a created league, it shouldn't be a problem. You can then move them back into the licensed league they came from.

You can't change the structure of any leagues/categories in the game. You could move a hidden team into Other European Teams, but you'd have to take the place of another team.

Well they've patched the PC version, which has the same principle as having a jailbroken console. Far less limitations. On regular consoles it's impossible to edit league structure.

It's not the EDIT.bin you need to edit in order to change the league structure, you see. But it's only the EDIT.bin we can edit on regular console versions of PES. There is no way to replace the correct .bin file in order to make the game read the new file. That's why it won't work.

In a matter of fact you can move the teams however you want, to any league you want. But just keep your eyes open I change some teams in La Liga and ended up with two Real Madrid teams (exactly the same team) because I forgot to switch Osasuna instead:D

What do you mean? I know you can swap places with teams but you can't add more teams to each league than there is by default, that's what I mean.

Hi,

I have a question:

My file was always unreadable when I tried to decrypt it using bruteforce.

So I asked my brother if he can do it for me at his PC. He did and sent me the decrypted file.
So I think it was a problem with my PC because at his PC the decryption worked well.

After having received the decrypted file I wanted to go on converting it to a PC file on my PC again but it said something like "source missing"

Does that mean that you can only decrypt, convert and edit the file using the same computer?
