Yes Vangelis, if you love those players that's grand, but it must be difficult to love all these players that everyone has? My favourite players on my team are DJ Campbell and Giles Barnes (I'm sure people are sick of my mentioning of them but tough!) because I've yet to see anybody else at all using them, and certainly not in Div 2! Should be getting promotion too so I will be in Div 1 with a (relatively) 'crap' team- admittedly very unlikely to make top spot in Div 1 but I'll have a go!
As another point, as I've about 70% win record in the simple online matches. As your team is even better than Real Madrid but you've a 50% win record then I would suggest I might do better than you if I were given your £150 mill to spend? To be fair, if I did have that amount I'd probably have a similar team for a while, but I think the novelty would soon wear off and I'd lose the enjoyment- indeed the best feeling is when you beat a team you know is much better than yours- surely that must never be a possibility for you mate?
Don't want this to seem like a bit of an attack, just genuinely interested to know if you're enjoying it as much as at the beginning which has been my favourite part so far? Please anyone else feel free to comment on your experiences, I'm picking on Vangelis a bit but he is the only guy in that situation that I can see sticking up for himself on here
And to finish up- are all the 'super teams' (Ronaldo, Messi, Kaka etc) in Div 5 there so they can win cups or get more money by playing (and likely winning) on coach mode?
seems to me that 'lesser' players often (not every match) get an unfair boost to their luck. I have a player called 'Pendeller'. his stats are so bad, but the luck he gets when shooting is outrageous, so often his shots fly through the GK. I get the feeling if i had Pazzini, or Berbatov in the same position the GK would save that effort.
This is why Ruskin and Streamer etc turn into absolute beasts IMO.
So I guess you are taking advantage of the handicap system and thinking that you are the dogs bollocks. Trade your Giles Barnes for an 85 rated player and see how it effects your form. See how your new better player no longer responds faster than those superstars!
Regarding super teams in Div 5.... There is no money to be made. the fees are higher than the bounty! Seems to me like they are stuck experiencing real bad Konami AI to try to level things out.
It's sick, there is no user skill in my 66 rated defenders owning rooney and arshavin, its the AI of the players! - jeeees!!!! most of the time, my Streamer is reading that through ball before fabregas has even played it!
Then watch as Giles Barnes plays a through ball and vidic runs in a circle and ignores it, the watch as DJ's weak shot fumbles it s way through Cech!!!
