i dont know how to make the files etc so if i emailed someone the badge and sponsor of my team i run would it be possible for some to put them in the file so i could ad d them to a kit aswell as the club emblem???

Hi,
Is it enough to download last vesion only or do i have to download all previous versions. Do i have to format my PS3 before updating or at least default settings in the game. It would be great if someone write down the instructions step by step, because as you see people have huge problems with this patch.

This one looks ace, gonna check it out.

One thing though: I download the newest Konami patch and they ask me to overwrite the Edit Data, should I click Yes or No?

This may sound stupid but can you play with the option file online against others with it, I hate picking unlicensed teams and playing with them just doesn't fell the same, thanks :)

I got the problem that the teams and the leagues are mixed up when I play a ML. For example Arsenal and ManU are playing in the Serie A while the Premier League consists of italian, spanish and french teams. It is the same thing in BAL.

When I start a friendly, everything seems to be okay. The teams are listed in the right leagues. It seems like the problem just affects BAL und ML.

What is wrong?

u can edit who is in each league before you start a ML or BAL so just need to change the teams around mate, its pretty long cos unlike the old versions you cant just clear all i dont think

I installed this option file onto my mates PS3, it was my first attempt in doing so.

I followed all of the instructions to download, unzip, put files onto pen drive, then put that into PS3.

Then I copied each and every thing off of the pen drive to the PS3 which was easy but boring. When I finally finished, I put the chants on the game.

But when he booted the game up and it tried to load, it loaded for a second, but then said loading failed, because it is of a different version.

I assigned the chants and now that is the only thing that has worked.

I did delete all existing data, except a BAL game. I loaded it again in system setting but nothing has worked.

He is using the English version. I'm not sure if there's any difference in console but as a PS2 user, I can only say he'd be using PAL if there is a difference.

Can anybody instruct me on where I have gone wrong?

His PS3 needs to be linked to the internet via the playstation network then load the game go to system settings and click download, it will install the konami update then all the OF should work no problem :)

Oh, so to use this option file, he HAS to install the Konami update first?

Does that also mean I wouldn't have to remove all of the things I put onto his hard drive such as all of the faces etc.

nah just copy it all over to the ps3 including the edit n gam data then once you have the konami update it should all work.

Hi guys, I have done everything I should have I believe - newest version etc, copied all data from usb to 'saved data utility' on the ps3 and it shows up on the main menu, and if I go into system settings on pes, and go on delete, I can see them all there too - but then when I go into the game, go into edit - load, it says 'there is no saved data.' I was never prompted to 'save the option file just as the game loads up' and never had any version error message btw

any help greatly appreciated!

Firsly, I would like to thank for your edit file. But currently I have a problem for using this. I've downloaded the latest version(1.06) in PS3, but the screen showed up"Load failed because data is from different version.Download content and update data".My PS3 system has upgraded to 2.53 but the same warning is still showed up. Do you have any solution to fix this problem.

I think thats to do with the version of pro evo, try downloading the latest version - under system settings, download

thanks mate. I will try that. But in the edit data file there are references to the kits and faces right. So if i use the edit data of v1 i wont get the updates of v.1.6?
