AC: Brotherhood.

I'm hoping that I'll not rush it because I aim to play it until LA: Noire comes out.

Its good but after playing AC2 Its taking me longer to get into it.

I'm going to think about starting Fallout New Vegas again this weekend, have a comprehensive play through.

^ You've never played No Mercy or never played it on an emulator? (Please be the latter)

Dig dig diggity, dig diggity dog!

SOCKO!

Never played it period. Everyone I knew was a PlayStation guy. I barely even got to try Goldeneye.

@ Haribo: Oh ok.

I had Smackdown 2, my friend had No Mercy. I was jealous. Bear in mind Smackdown 2 was a great game itself.

I remember doing 30 minute hardcore time limit with my friends. So much fun

I had Smackdown 2 KYR for the PS1, bloody epic game, I remember playing the career mode for what felt like forever to unlock all the hidden outfits. I think it was about 15 game 'years' in that everything unlocked!

Remember playing this game to absolute death, I don't think they ever made one as good as this after.

Yeah, Sminky. It really was great. Season mode was so fun, because it was continuous and it was multiplayer.

I remember one time, my friend became the number one contender and we thought at the PPV. I think I was Undertaker and he was Kane. I done some move on the top rope, but missed. This was like 2 minutes into the match. The guy pinned me and won the WWF championship

SD3: Just Bring It was kinda lame. But it was making that transition from PS to PS2. I LOVED SD4: Shut Your Mouth and thought SD5: Here Comes The Pain was top notch. Then it became vs Raw...

No more needs to be said.

Just checked the unlockables for No Mercy. All 3 members of the Mean Street Posse? Brilliant. Tried a Rumble as Austin, but got stuck as I couldn't find the button to get back in the ring.

Owen Hart was in that game?!

Still can't believe they've yet to use 8 men in a ring since Just Bring It.

I think Smackdown 5 was where I stopped. I'd gone off wrestling by then. I bought one of the "vs Raw" games on the PS2 when I was in 2nd year at Uni and I traded it in after a few days. I was playing a coffin match against The Undertaker and it was just taking forever. I must have done my finishing move about 20 times on him, he just kept getting straight back up. Not much of a "finishing" move then, is it?

That was the last good wrestling game.

Unfortunately yes. Nothing since has been anywhere near as good.

What about Smackdown? That was a good series until they added "vs Raw" to the title.

It was okay, but No Mercy was more fun. The only thing smackdown had was the multiplayer, oh and better controllers. Never did like the N64 one.

I'm going to think about starting Fallout New Vegas again this weekend, have a comprehensive play through.

I finished this (+ the dead money DLC) and have to say I was underwhelmed. The control of your pals id improved and some of the new weapons are fun, but the whole thing seem crowded somehow. It really lacks the barren, post war feeling of Fallout 3. Had Nev Vegas just been DLC I would probably have been impressed, but as a stand alone title, well, I found it a let down.

Haze on my pretend PC. Yeah, it keeps crashing on the stupid protect the missile mission. I think the haze is clearing... off back into it's box.

Fifa 11 - I've actually nearly completed a whole season in manager mode with Lyon. Im currently in May and have won the Coupe de France and I am in the final of the other cup and currently at the top of Ligue 1 leading by 9 points with 3 games to go.

Yakuza 3

The manliest game i have ever played, even when escorting a 12 year old girl round town because she wants to spend time with you before you abandon your orphanage full of innocent children who like nothing better than to play baseball on thebeach with you or play hide and seek, and fly off to Tokyo to find and kill a man who may well be your father who died in your arms years previous, but has recently been involved in two assassination attempts on people close to you.

Fuck, I cant wait to finish this and go on to Yakuza 4.

I always thought that Yakuza was crap.... but it does seem to be a very "Marmite" type game though.

It certainly is. It has certain qualities that set it apart from the masses, but not everyone can take some of the more mundane tasks & overly Japanese culture inherent in the series.

On a side note & keeping in the theme of marmite gaming, downloaded Dungeon Hunter from PSN the other day. Very traditional hack & slash in the vein of the Champions series. Not earth shattering gameplay, but entertaining non the less.
