The Wolf Among Us

Really liking the art style and the music of this game. Story seems pretty good too. Finished episode 1 and cliff hanger at the end :bravo:

This sexy game, think my only complaint at the moment is the horse control, or rather lack of it. It doesn't feel like I'm 100 in control of where it's going.

If you just hold the sprint button, the horse will travel along the path/road automatically. I tend to hold the left stick forward when I want full manual control.

Okamiden - every bit as enjoyable and charming as its predecessor. Looks great for a handheld game but runs a bit sluggish at times. Addition of partners riding on your back and the fact I've had three so far keeps the game feeling fresh.

Steins;Gate - As a visual novel this is more like reading a book rather than playing a game, but the mobile phone allows you choices regarding certain things. Already watched the anime so I know most of what happens but the story is that good that I don't care. Gripping stuff.

Went back and got the platinum on TWAU

The Witcher 3 on PC.

Only a few hours in but really enjoying the landscape and the atmosphere of the game. Really struggled to get into the witcher 2 but this is a different story.

How's your graphic settings? Mine is a mixture of ultra and high. I have to lock it to 30 fps because it fluctuates around the 40s to 30s. My graphic card is a GTX 770 2GB.

I've thought about going back to that. Was enjoying career mode when I was playing but didn't really get that far.

Of late I've only been playing multiplayer. Haven't loaded My Career in probably a month. My only major grip with the game is that you can only have one My Player for your profile which is a bummer when you share a console, and both people want their own individual player.

All the way to Mewtwo, which means beating Elite Four once. I love this game, but it has too few features to be playable in the long run. So...

The number of things well done is staggering. There is a black market open a few days per week that sells usually expensive items at lower prices, some pokemon only appear at night, there's a radio with quizzes every week that award you prizes, and the story is amazingly well written. Silver will always be my number one, but this is objectively the best.

Mixture of Ultra & High although I think most of it is at ultra now. I get 60+ fps with drops to around 45. GTX 970 here.

Dragonfly

Waiting....
Restarted The Last of Us, as I didn't get far last time before stopping. I'm really enjoying it. I'm trying to go through as stealthily and quietly as possible. Not fighting, if I can get away with sneaking by. I think that's the point; conserving ammo and resources and not wasting them by taking down everyone you see, just for the sake of it.

Retro City Rampage DX

An 8-bit GTA with fantastic music and loads of references to old TV shows and games. Rather fun.

Okamiden

Much like Okami, this game had what felt like a final boss only to throw more at you.

The Witcher 3

..... still. Though I get the impression that I'm coming towards the end of the main quest.

Ether One

PS+ freebie a couple of months back. Seems ok I guess.

The Fall

Got this in the Steam sale for a couple quid, am annoyed it's now coming to PS4. Good point/click-esq puzzler, with some action elements.

Antichamber

Again, bought in the Steam sale. A good first person puzzler, quite difficult too, I've had to check youtube a few times when I've got stuck. For some reason I had the impression that it would be quite a short game, but I've been playing for 8hrs and still haven't completed it.

Professor Layton and The Lost Future

Best Layton game so far. Cracking story and a good range of puzzles with barely any of the shit sliding block puzzles :banderas:

Luigis Mansion 2

Mission based as opposed to the more traditional original, but that makes it easy to pick up, play for half hour and then put down. Looks great and mostly captures the essence of what made the first great.

Mario and Luigi: Bowsers Inside Story

More of the same (which isn't a bad thing), but the sprite work looks great for a DS game and everything is nice and smooth, animation wise.

On Xbox 360, both Kinect Sports games. I bought a Kinect and I'm burning off my calories with it. I also have an on-again-off-again with Destiny, and am starting to get the gist of Fallout: New Vegas (I had stopped playing it for a while because I kept having trouble with the controls, and my copy was in Spanish, so I never memorized the missions too well - I bought the game in English, and it was so much easier for me).

On Steam, I've just started to play Sleeping Dogs. I like these kinds of sandbox games, go anywhere, do what you want inbetween missions, etc. And I enjoyed this one because the whole thing about being set in Hong Kong is rather quaint, but amazing, when pretty much every other city-based sandboxes always looked so American. I've been playing Killing Floor too, which isn't all that I was expecting (I thought it was a survival horror, but it's more run-and-gun), but it's a cool little game nonetheless.

On Android, First Touch Soccer 2015. It's a fun little football game which I had talked about before in this board. The controls look limited, but that just makes the game easy to pick up and play - also it's a charming little substitute for FIFA or PES, and works on small-screen devices like mine.

And on PC but without Steam, I finally decided to give LoL a chance. I've just started to play, so I haven't decided which champion to stick to at first (I've played better with Ashe so far, but I'm still scratching the surface), but the game isn't as complicated as I thought. Maybe that, and it being free (nevermind the people who keep shelling out money for better gear) is why so many people play it.
