does being a captain effect player ratings at the end of a match at all?

thanks. i will look into that. its weird that captaincy never switches automatically. ramsey is young and has low mentality compared to gallas almunia etc. nevertheless because he is in the same position as fabregas he gets the armband automatically unless i change it.

In my experience, the captain is chosen by position. So if Fabregas is captain in the cmf and I switch him with ramsey in the line up prior to kick off, ramsey then becomes captain. Then i guess the question is, what does player mentality do?

just put the throw in quickly. I like the system because its realistic but it would be nice if you could also control the person who is intended to receive the ball.

hm. i am so used to ps2 styled controllers but i guess when mine dies on me (which is does every 6 months...they only cost 5 quid) i will try out an xbox controller. but they are a bit expensive

you need to make sure that you place the folder in the konami pes2010 folder in program files.

pes-patches.com has so many patches it can make the game really interesting even if you arent totally happy with it

pc grapchis are better and you can hook the pc to a tv monitor. Right now i play on a big screen tv with my computer.

i would say the game speed is fine but the reactions of players are too slow. it's very hard to get a shot off because of the delay between hitting the button and having them get in the physical position of swinging their leg and shooting.

the keepers were definitely better. it was before konami tried to be "realistic" and have the keepers drop 80% of saves.

for £20...i'd say buy it. its not a bad game. its not a great game. you will get your moneys worth of entertainment and you can have fun with your mates.

can't agree more. its really fun. defending feels good when you have to have a high level of concentration for a longer period of time
