whats the highest rating you have ever got? i think i've reached a 8.5 in pes 2009 when i scored about 7 goals and 2 assists in a game with one player.

i would agree, kind of takes the joy out of development. but then again, waiting around for 15 minutes a game when there are 30 games a season for maybe 3 shots on goal which are all horrible due to poor stats...that isn't fun either.

you should just go to online mode of the game. it will direct you to the website where you can get the patch

the rating system is particularly harsh on defenders. you allow a goal and you will be lucky to get a 6.0 no matter how many saves. but then again CPU gets stellar ratings. hm

its just too bad these things prob can't be fixed in a patch. i am just hoping the refs and goalies get fixed. they really screw up the game

no problem mate. i find logitech to be most reliable, but they have other versions of ps2 controllers for pc on ebay for 4-5 bucks. so explore your options!

hahah good times indeed. i remember getting the game pad for the first time. I had to convince myself numerous times to stay the course and not revert back to my precious keyboard. it felt so foreign at the time. i can imagine with the new 360 movement controlling on the keyboard would be horrible.

how long does it take you to progress through BAL at that rate? Dont you get tired of waiting around on the pitch..for this reason alone i have never really caught on to BAL

i use a logitech game pad. its the same setup as a ps2 controller. i started off with pes 5 on they keyboard. =D i still dominated haha

i find that it isnt effective but doing a feint with long pass is far more effective. try it! it works.

yep. these are my only 2 major gripes. Really ruins the game. Either you get away with a tackle or a straight red. My keepers have cost me quite a bit of grief as well. I must say though, it seems the keepers made an improvement between the demo and release. hope the patch will do us justice.
