That's right. Also, if you are curious about regular abilities it's the same thing. You'll see Konami's description for technique, body balance, etc.

And to answer your question, no I do not own the Coaching DVD+book.

OK. i think the coaching thing gives you much more information about BAL requirements

So is your shot power. Somehow, when that is ticked, the power and accuracy will be boosted when taking long range shots.

Wow, good list. It is kinda dissapointing to hear that only your original position counts when it comes to these special abilities though.

if you want abilities that only certain position can get, for example forwards ability.
do you need to be registerd as a forward or currently play as a forward?
because im registerd as a SS and playing as a SMF.

It's still kind of up in the air... but I think you need to be registered as, not just be playing as.

I was just doing some testing and it looks like Forwards, or at least SS, can't get Shooting from a distance.

What position did you register your player with?

My BAL SS reached the requirement for Shooting from a distance, but didn't get it. The AMF BAL save I have met the requirement and got it.

Maybe to get the ability, you need to get a good rating + a long range goal and of course, the requirments.

yeah i would assume you need to score a long range goal. we really need to discuse this with someone who has the PES guide. it probably has all the information.

I think if someone had the guide or if the guide had said info it would have been revealed to us.

It's odd though that my AMF BAL can get shooting from a distance with just the right stats and my SS BAL can not.

I wonder, joe, do you have any midfield positions ticked?
