Going through this on Veteran, not doing too bad. The Burger Town part was annoying on Regular but on Vet I just took my time and it wasn't bad at all, surprised myself. Dreading the level where you have to guard the computer though.
The part I have retried the most on is on the sub level when they chuck smoke and they have thermal optic guns, only took me 20 tries but it got annoying.
MW2 on Vet is so much easier than World at War, especially as the enemy's don't respawn.

Finished it on Veteran earlier. It is indeed a short game, but its fantastic. The end levels are brilliant, and you really feel as though you have to rush through them.

Brilliant game. I shall be playing it through on regular again to get a few more trophies and all the intel. Then i'll move onto Special ops, and maybe alternate between that and online play.

Fooking looooove this game so much, only had one short shot online and got to level 6 need to beast this i'll be up for some matches with some lads soon.

Dale you must have the patience of a saint to complete this on Veteran. I'm on hardened and I was raging hard on the first level in Brazil. The level after that where you defend the restaurants was pretty awesome. Trying to do a level or two at a time, rather than rush through.

Yeah Patience does come into it a lot, thankfully I do have a lot of it. There was one part in particular, after the bit in the wooden house protecting the computer, when you have to run away (and into) the enemy. Its ridiculous and took me quite a while.

Looking back I don't think it was very hard game at all, maybe because there wasn't much of it.

Edit: Maybe there should be a poll on this thread?

Favourite Style of weapon i.e Assault, handgun, sniper etc etc,

There was an epic moment where you were running ahead and badge dropped down behind you but I was following behind you so I took him out before he could do any damage to you. :laugh:

I can be good on team deathmatch as shown by the 2 games where I got more kills than deaths but I feel the need to amuse myself after a while by blowing up cars or chucking flashbangs at Barn.

This game is awesome.

Unfortunately every time I join one of our games I seem to be forced to play against our team. Hopefully, when things settle down a bit, the games will have the proper amount of players. 4 vs 4 can be a tiny bit unnnng for a sniper, especially when a wild Barn just runs straight through the middle of the map, only for me to be killed as my knife was in the barn.

But yeah, I'm enjoying mixing up the game modes quite a bit. We had a few decent results as well - particularly that domination game at Karachi.

Also that knife throw is all kinds of epic.

edit: Oh, and apologies for being a sneaky cunt sniper. I'm just so woeful at close combat that I can only really use the Barrett.

Got my £26 copy today, so far so epic, loving every minute of the single player but I'm shocked that so many people have high ranks online already.

It's annoying that when we were playing online tonight it didn't seem to care about balancing the teams. Andy, myself and Barn are pretty low levels whereas Del, Joel and Badge are all in the 20s or higher so it would have made sense to mix everyone up a little but unfortunately it had the lowest against the highest.

Badge was hammering me with thermal vision, and Del was being a cheeky bugger and running around places I didn't know existed.

My throwing knife accuracy is shambolic. :faceplm:
