I bet you were shaking your fists in a comedic fashion when you read all these post

I'll admit, I liked MLO, but it needs work. God damn cursor glitching and being raped by Arshavin

Dont get me wong though i was one of the biggest moaners about this game when it came out pointing out its flaws what it is riddled with, single player is a bit meh without the gameplay patch. But the multiplayer is class despite all the shit what goes with it especially when you are playing faceless twats online who just whore the game.Having recently downloaded my fave pes's 6,5,3 i think they are knowhere near as good as 2011 you really do forget how arcadey these games were.

Ah, you play the PC version though, us console users don't have a patch for PES that disables the momentum scripting.

On the whole, I didn't think PES2011 was amazing, but as a fan of the series I still try to make the best of it.

You realise its just Messi with the word Toss partially blanked out

I was hoping no-one would pick up on that

When I started creating using T_S for Tech's initials and realised what it looked like, it was too good to not put in there!

It was impossible to ignore :D

You should have adjusted if for United fans where it reads "C_NT" next to Messi

Would you like a ban? I'm sure Joel would have no issues with it ;)

Even though it is pretty funny!

Shit, someone must have got hold of a pre release copy.

Thats the European and America's cover, the UK cover has John Terry, Ryan Giggs, Imogen Thomas and Vanessa Personell on it.

Revolutionary game modes include:

''Wayne Rooney's Brothel Mode''.....every time you score a goal, you get points on which you can buld a team of top classic european hoookers, or start up a team of up and coming granny prostitutes.

''Be a pro with John Terry''- You start at at youth level banging standard slags off the street, then as you break into the 1st team your stats get better and you can start shagging your teammates baby mommas, every hole is a goal.

Im also working on a Marlon's King mode and there will be a super injunction mode where you get to be ryan giggs.

The one thing I give to PES 2011 is that it looked completely different than 2010.
But this year's edition looks (so far) as a carbon copy of 2011, which is wrong in so many levels.

I am not exited for both games. There are games out there that are much better because you can feel that the developers actually tried and put their heart in the game like LA NOIRE, Driver san francisco (managed a 60 fps in a big open world full of licensed cars and pedestrians and no loading times). Seriously when do you see this effort on pes or fifa?

So I decided to hold on and try the demos. But to tell anyone the truth, I STOPPED CARING ABOUT FIFA, because every year they focus on something that revolves around strength and something physical (this year the tackling and how the player falls) and that makes me sick because ffia is just gloss when it is much more broken that anything and doesn't even begin to resemble real football.

So I think I'll wait for gamescom and the demos.

Obviously as we get older we stop playing, or may reduce playing time of games, so this is another possibility. Even with PES 2011 I did enjoy it for the first few months without a doubt, but obviously it became tiresome afterwards and I went back to the better game more worth my time (COD Black Ops).

Hahahahahahaha! Good one.... oh wait.... you're serious :erm:

But seriously, I am looking forward to the new one, but like others, my enthusiasm isn't the same as in previous years. I'm hopeful but not expectant that they'll really kick it up a notch this year. They have a LOT to improve on. I'm not expecting miracles. All I want is PES 2012 to be a step in the right direction. I want Konami to listen to fans complaints, spend some time on the forums (but obviously ignore the people who moan about stupid things and listen to the intelligent folk... like me ).

I'll probably get PES 2012, because I need 1 football game and I ain't getting Fifa!

PES 6 is where the hype stopped for me. The frankly shitty installments of 08, 09, 10, forced me to stop buying into the series for a while, whilst I watched mates waste good money on games that never offered anything new.

PES 2011 has slightly (very slightly) restored some of my faith in Konami for 2012, but I'm sick of seeing pragmatic trailers advertising the new features that will probably fall short of making the final cut. 360 degree control anyone?

That's more or less true. But the way I see it, PES10 should have been PES08, and PES11 should have been PES09. It's just too little too late.

I'd compare it to a TV series I was watching, it was really good from beginning to the mid point, then quickly became the most successful series in a long time, and then the plot of the story started developing at snail pace because the producers decided to extend the series in order to squeeze every bit of money they could.... by the end, I didn't give a shit about the ending considering the amount of stupidity that was necessary in order to extend the series.

I don't think it's too little too late. I think we need to go into each new PES with a fresh frame of mind.

With regards to your tv analogy (is it 24 by any chance?), it's not like Konami are trying to squeeze every bit of money out. The very nature of sports games is that there's gonna be a new one released every year. It's not like they get to a point where we think that this is the last ever PES, so we prepare ourselves for the end, only to be told that actually, there will be a new one next year.

These game mode concepts actually excite me. Pure genius.

You wouldn't be speaking about that TV show Lost by any chance?

Personally I didn't even get caught for 1 episode but I remember everyone that did watch it tell me how they felt used and abused after like season 99. :D

I did get caught for V though recently, which was cancelled.

Our good Friend Adam from Winning Eleven Noobs Board...the guy who a few bum buddies refer to as the ''PES Messiah'' because of his sheer loyalty towards all things PES...............................is currently in playtesting the new fifa. Here are some of his tweets.

Adam_Bhatti Adam Bhatti
So played single player. Early build, but nothing great right now. New dribbling means you can evade more, but still samey #FIFA12

Adam_Bhatti Adam Bhatti
Biggest thing to say is that the game is still FIFA. I mean no revolution. Key awesome improvements in areas, but it's still FIFA. #FIFA12

Adam_Bhatti Adam Bhatti
no people worrying about change need not to, it's still that game the majority love #FIFA12

Going by the above tweets, and looking at adam's track record of telling truth, i think its fair to say fifa 12 is going to be the most revolutionary game ever made.
