I have a problem. I load the edit data and it says this:

"Load failed because data is from a different version.
Download content and update data."

What does it mean? I only bought my PS3 yesterday so I'm a complete newbie to this stuff. Please, some help.

go to system settings and click download. after download when it ask to save i think you click no.

He knows that now. He found that out when he got one from me for doing it. You might think it's a little harsh, but now that the rules are there for all to see, there's no reason why people should double post.

...It's not as if we don't have an edit feature here either. :/

Ok. Classic players aren't named properly. Am I the only one going through this? I am pretty sure "Palm" is Pele and Beckenbauer is named something funny like Bah or something. Lots of other misnamed classic players...

I just registered here to say thanks to you The Muff. This option file seems to be working great. Copying all those files one by one was quite a job but I got it done. Is it really the only way to do it? :)

The only thing that's not working for me are the chants. I copied those files into my PS3's hard drive, created a playlist named KONAMI_PES. When I went to the edit mode and to that cheering stance after selecting Arsenal for example the machine wasn't able to find any files. Did I do something wrong?

The game is looking so much more realistic now. I hope I can make it sound realistic, too! :)

By the way, is it possible to play online even though this update is installed?

If you save your playlist file name with the start button, your PS3 adds a space to the file name. Delete the space in the file name, start PES and you'll find the files...

i created my own team with its own players in other teams A replacing pes united. If i download this file can i just copy my team data onto a usb then download his file then just put my team data on afterwards?
my team data has its own emblem and kit sponser, does that make a differnce?
and what about my created players?

i'm quite new to all of this option file stuff on the ps3. i've tried to extract the OF on winrar but when i plug my usb into the ps3 it says there's no data on there. i've followed all the instructions but can't work out where i'm going wrong.

anyone got any suggestions as to where i'm going wrong????? would be much appreciated. thnx

hey all i have kinda the same prob as Ifc_mannio, btw my PES2009 is a North American version, so is it possible for this OF to work on a NA version?
