PS3 - Switching between Fifa 09 & GTA San Andreas

360 - Erm... not played a game on it for a week, GTA SA has taken my days over.

Nice Zest, I love Civilization Revolution for the Xbox 360, and I used to play Dynasty Warriors on the PS2 with my mate. Was incredible fun just swinging a sword through hundreds of horrible enemies. :)

My entire Xbox 360 time is now taken up with GTA San Andreas, quite like fick. I love it, and because there's so many things to do, I can go on it in any mood and enjoy it. If I can't be bothered doing missions and would prefer to chill, I can get my lowriders tricked out and cruise the streets with la familia searching for ballas. However if I want to actually do something, I can choose to try the missions and progress the story - there's so many options. There's no wonder it's still an expensive game, especially for Xbox, an utter classic. I have the strategy guide somewhere but can't find it unfortunately, was quite a help with the more difficult missions in the past - although I never got past the Desert and onto Las Venturas.

It's your fault I got it! All that cash for a PS3 and I'm using it for PS2 games!

...'tis most agreeable fun though ;)

On the price of it, it cost me £9 pre-owned !!!

Glad to see you're enjoying it.

Cost me £10 pre-owned. Everywhere I've looked, it's a touch more expensive for the Xbox, strange, maybe there weren't as many Xbox versions printed so they're a tad bit more costly.

I was going for the Xbox version, having only played the PS2 from original release, but couldn't find one for sale in any local gaming establishments so you're fewer copies theory may well be right... I had enough trouble getting a PS2 one.

(Yes I know the net is easier, but I was impatient. Okay?)

Hunter, does the 360 upscale the game(GTA:SA) to 720p?

Upscale the graphics? If it did, the game would probably still be number 1 in the charts for £40.

So, basically, no. It really doesn't matter though, after the first day or so of playing, you completely forget about the graphics because the game is that damn good.

Prince of Persia (2008 cel-shaded version). Hadn't played a PoP game before now, but it's really good. Gameplay is repetitive, but the story is good and the dialogue in particular is witty and enjoyable. Elika is one of the best females/companions ever, and the last half hour or so is the strongest ending I've seen in a video game.

I'm playing FIFA 10 here and there when I am just chillin', listening to music etc. The other game I am playing is Prototype - and I am stuck. :crymore:

currently playing Quantum of Solace, its actually quite a good game online. Got 100% Trophies last night :) :) :) quite suprised as i thought my last trophy (golden gun 100 kills) would have took quite along time. only took 3 days of playing 2 hours on each day.

My 2nd platinum after the ashes cricket. nice.

Mount & Blade - Not bad, but definitely not worth paying for..

The highlight of this is, naturally, the horseback riding and the battles. Nice idea, mediocre game. It's fun for a while - cutting down infantry - but too repetitive.
