In the bottom left of the page do you see two drop-down menus, one saying Quick Style Chooser and the other Quick Language Chooser? Maybe click the language chooser and change it to English (US) and see if it reverts to English.

I imagine you clicked on the quick language chooser by accident and chose Nederlands. However, a more accurate theory would be that one night you thought it'd be funny to see what the forum would look like in Dutch then the following night you forgot that you'd done this and became all confused.

Don't ask why we have an option to view the site in Dutch as I have no fucking idea.
