yes they are.

next day delivery signd for.

Cool. A good possibility I'd get the game at my house before friday the 2nd?

I might ask my dad to order it on the net for me, paying for it myself of course - would he need to create an account at the place though? It does say 'Log-in' at top of page :erm:

Played a good few games against the CPU then against my bro.

First impressions are good but there's a few points that are bugging me.

- First of all, the skilled dribbling looks ridiculous I think, when you hold L2,R2 and dribble the ball looks as though its just gliding side to side.
- I thought there was 360 movement/dribbling? doesn't appear 360 to me
- Im all for the new physical battle for possession, but it has to be realistic. I was almost 1on1 with the keeper (with Drogba) when Lahm comes up from behind and shoves him off the ball...wtf?
- Pace no longer seems to be effective. No matter how slow or fast your player is, people can still catch him

All online shopping website's you have to create an account.

Yeah, Play is quite handy though. Once you create your account and put the card details in, you never need to do it again, so whenever you're about to buy anything else, it's a case of basket > checkout > confirm > wait for it to arrive.

However, Play's pricing of FIFA 10 isn't good. It was £39.99 the last I checked. Not going to pay that when ASDA and/or Tesco will have a release day price of £25.

It is as good as playing an old version of PES on the PS2.

PES for current gen consoles has been a massive let down, FIFA has become stronger each year whereas PES has remained at the same mediocre level.

I agree. The demo is very enjoyable see something new nearly everytime. Last match I saw Petr Cech come up for a 90th minute corner for the AI, I got it away and scored from the half way line with Xavi, Cech was busting his gut trying to get back, it was hilarious.

I might consider converting to FIFA

this visa thing is starting to annoy me big time, but their prices are good though.

i agree play.com are simpler.

If you buy from Shopto, you'll get it before release day. Possibly on Wednesday, but more likely on Thursday.

This is my experience with them anyway.

Still tempted to wait 'til release day. Asda near me put them on sale from midnight, no queing and it's only 2 minutes by car.

Ugh.

I know for a fact there'll be queues at my local ASDA.

11.30pm on the Thursday evening it'll be for me. I'd rather pay the £25-£30 they'll charge than go into town and give game something in the region of £45 for it.

I've been playing the demo yesterday and today and I have been enjoying it. I have barely seen anything on the new PES but FIFA again have set the mark pretty high for PES to challenge. The demo has certainly done its job in making me want to get this game.

I think I will just pre-order off Shopto and hope it comes a day early.

My only gripe with corners/freekicks is that it puts so much curve on the ball that you have to aim almost at the keeper (depending what foot the player is and side you are kicking from) but it is easy to mess up and kick straight to the keeper.

Actually, I think speed is still a factor, it's just people weren't expecting so much of a radical change when EA said that speed wouldn't be as important.

Van Buyten has the legs!

In all seriousness, I can't say I've noticed anything majorly wrong with the speed. But I guess, considering we can upload on the demo, it's best to provide examples. At least then we can look, laugh and come to the conclusion quicker that something does indeed need fixing.

And I'm sure I'd burn Van Buyten with Messi quite easily. A little flick of the R analog forward would do the trick.

I thought the overall speed of the game was much better than 09, it felt quicker and more exciting whereas 09 was a bit slow and boring.
