Game Of The Year 2011

The Hitman series is unique, It is awesome actually. No game managed to match it in terms of REPLAY ABILITY. The vast amount of ways to do a mission if you think was impressive.

Absolution seems to be a great big step up. I think so, far, from what I know, it is headed in the right direction.

As for the game of the year. WHERE IS DARK SOULS?
Everyone is mentioning skyrim, though I didn't play it so far, but DARK SOULS is one of the best RPG games out there. It's got everything you need to make a great RPG game.

Difficulty
Big sense of accomplishment
exploration
vast of different terrains
difference in enemy behavior
Great bosses
Nice choice of weapons
AND FREE to do what you want too

Fifa 12 - best sports game :laugh: :laugh: Really? REALLY? Really?
WWE 12 is a much better representative of the sports that they tried to capture.

I will probably play skyrim in the near future though, because I am hearing great things about it. Though I will for sure pick up Assassins creed Revelations. But right now I am busy playing wwe 12.

Darts is not scripted and outcomes are completely based on talent, skill and tit size of the individual.

WWE style wrestling is not a sport, it is entertainment. Proper wrestling is a sport though, hence why it is in the olympics.

You have to extremely well rounded in order to be in the WWE. You need to have

personality in the ring
wrestling skill is required, even though it's scripted
Acting
etc..

These are all traits to succeed. But even though it is scripted, it is still a sport in my view because you need to be good at it. It's more like extreme sports mixed with entertainment values. It's a mix between entertainment and sports.

I never said it doesn't require skill, I meant the INDIVIDUAL SKILL of the COMPETITOR does not influence the result. That is predetermined beforehand by script writers. But we're going off topic here.

Best car/ free roam game hands down. If driver competed against need for speed, tdu and similar games, it would have gotten my vote.

But, as far the best game of the year? Well, again, there is Dark souls who should have entered. But yeah in my opinion, driver is with my top 5 for the year.

Blasphemy. Hitman Blood Money was and is superb entertainment as was contracts.

HITMAN IS UNIQUE. There's no imitating in Hitman seriously. You have to really get into it to be able to tell. It may seem a game that had less features than others, but the gameplay and replay value made it one of the best series ever.

I mean it's is a free game.
You approach the mission how you want
tons of different things in a mission
a variety of ways to kill your target
disguises and clever use of them
clever tricks to trick guards
sometimes, by thinking well you will come up with an extraordinary way to do a mission
a good story
a very original story I might add and an overall original concept

ALL IN 1 GAME. Yeah it is unique enough. It may have negatives, BUT the positives in Hitman are extremely great. Hitman is one of the nest series in my view that got overlooked by many people SIMPLY because it wasn't made by an extremely famous company. My view.
