In game, or in real life Fick? :naughty:

I'm giving it to Gin, no doubt. He can pass it onto Berry after if he wants . It's like the pesgaming mascot car.

Can we view our friends garages? I want to see what cars you are all driving. I've took a photo of my main car, but i've recently bought a Plymouth Cuda and can't figure out how to take a picture of it during the race (it's a standard car). It's gorgeous and I want you all to cream over it.

You can take photo's of standard cars from the replay pause screen... look back through this thread to see my standard legnum piccy...

As for viewing garages? Not a clue.

An American muscle car. I got it for free after completing an event. I tuned it up to 800 HP.I can't really remember the name, because I don't play it much.

my current car is my Audi R8 (the more expensive one) and I've given it a Ford Focus orange paintjob with black rims...it looks SICK!

This is the only game that makes me wonder if I should have gone down the PS3 route instead of the 360.

Forza just doesn't cut it, although it is a decent game.

The AI in Gran Turismo is okay but online play more than makes up for it. Currently kicking some ass in my S15

They like to congest the GT menu a tad, don't they? I was so flustered about what to pick I went into the soundtrack, put on Ave Maria and quit the game when it finished. :hmm:

Yeah the menu's are a bit complicated, and I had a lot of trouble putting the songs into the game. Soon found out it was a problem with the actual playlist and the options within the XMB. Even so, i've been playing it today, and my music has seemed to disappear altogether  Having to listen to lounge music and funk-jazz is getting right on my tits. And that fucking laurel and hardy bullshit song within the GT Auto bit.

Apart from the menu's being a bit gay, I think this is the best presented game i've ever played. The GT Life homepage is brilliantly set out.

Right, got an answer for you on this. While you cannot view another persons garage directly, you can view cars that a user sets to "online". If you check my profile (from the profile tab on the GT menu), you should see a car in one of the slots below my progress... won't tell you what, just to see if you can confirm it!

Disagree completely. Forza3 is the better game to play. For me, the only 2 things GT has done better is the inclusion of weather & a better variety of cars.

I'd like to try Forza because from what I've read, the AI is more smarter.

 More smarter! Actually, yes, GT's AI still parade around the track as they have always done. Piss poor really. Forza AI is much more challenging.

I find that the AI is better in real races, but on the license tests, they want to fuck you in the ass at every opportunity; getting in your way, ramming into you etc. I don't know if this is the case, or if it's just a case of "honestly occifer, that stationary car drove into me?!"

Also Fick, the online car in question is a Ford SVT F-150 Ligthning '03 :smug: In Oxfor White Clearcoat  Nice colour actually, not sure if I have that one. Nice truck though. I'm now going to set some of mine to online status.

I didn't have either of those museum cards either so i'll try and send you some back when I get some duplicates.

Even nicer as it's now supercharged & kicked the ass of the newer muscle cars in both races. :boss:

I need to get one, but they're not showing up in the used car or the regular dealerships!! My muscle car is more than apt, check it out :smug:

I just got lucky, came in handy for the sport trucks one too.

Nice violet Plymouth there Dale. Nothing even vaguely Huggy Bear about that...

Edit: Forgot to mention... when cars are set to online, you can't usde them to race, you have to return them to offline first.

+ Adding another couple of doozeys for all to see.

 Never thought of it as a pimps car until now haha.

It's a pretty good car to be fair, picked it up in the used dealership, pretty cheap with lots of potential. It's only downside is it's size. I had a lot of trouble getting ahead of the smaller cars in the Nostalgic Supercar race, purely because they were smaller and nimbler. On the straights i'd murder them though.

Ahh i see, fair enough. Well i'll just have to buy a new car then. I need an old european one anyway so I can do the Euro Classic race.

Just been checking on the racing modification option for cars, as I was looking to upgrade something unusual for the GT World Championship in the Pro series, but to my dismay it would appear there is only a small number of cars you can race mod.

The list of 17 (yes that's 17 out of over 1000 cars) appears to be:

Acura NSX ‘91
Chevrolet Camaro SS ‘10
Chevrolet Camaro Z28 ‘69
Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (C6) ‘06
Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 (C6) ‘09
Dodge Challenger R/T ‘70
Honda CIVIC TYPE R (EK) ‘97
Honda INTEGRA TYPE R (DC5) ‘04
Lexus IS F ‘07
Lotus Elise ‘96
Lotus Elise 111R ‘04
Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX GSR ‘05
Nissan SILVIA spec-R AERO (S15) ‘02
Subaru IMPREZA Sedan WRX STI spec C Type RA ‘05
Suzuki Cappuccino (EA21R) ‘95
TVR Tuscan Speed 6 ‘00
Volkswagen Golf IV GTI ‘01

Pretty depressingly shit that. Especially as I have none of the above anyway :faceplm:

Becoming more disillusioned by GT5 with every new find.

Yeah I was pretty miffed to find that, even though I have the Nissan Silvia, it was my second car I think?

They might change that with updates?

Oh dear :faceplm:

Just completed the Gran Tourismo World Championship (the one in professional), only to be told I've unlocked the ending video, which subsequently plays. Bear in mind that the only level I have totally completed is amateur, am level 17 on A-Spec, 5 on B-Spec and only have a total 31% game completion!

Almost gives the impression they are not expecting people to put up with it for long.

5 years. Just can't see why.

So what? It's just a minor piece of poor organisation, doesn't affect the long term potential of the game.

You guys better not get bored of this on me. When I get my PS3 back I expect an ass kicking off someone.
